Everyone eager to answer your questions. So glad no long lines. Also has a ATM outside the bank. Can also use drive thru ATM.

One of the worst banks in general. They can not even keep track of the mail they receive.

Most locations are open until 1pm on Saturday, however some close at noon. That is incredibly inconvenient!! And has made my entire weekend inconvenient! This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. The lines are long and there are only one to two tellers no matter what time of day or how busy they get. The employees are friendly but the BOA policies are terrible. I will be quite happy when I can switch banks on Monday.
