      The employees that work here are very friendly! This is the most convenient BOA and while I still have an account with this terrible conglomerate I will continue to use this location. Seriously the employees are very nice here!! I always enjoy my stops here Most times I come inside to use the atm just for a little friendly interaction Thanks for always brightening my day!

      Im sorry but this has always been my absolute least favorite location. Everytime I’ve went here they are 0 help and rude. Save your time go to dallas PKWY location, not this one on preston. SAVE THE HEADACHE Honestly save your time and just bank elsewhere. Terrible, awful, customer service and even worse 1-800 customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA! If I didn’t have so much tied in with them I’d cancel if I could.
