      Rachel was excellent. She was able to fix my issue quickly! I was already a little annoyed walking in so she made the experience excellent. She also gave me some suggestions (I know it comes with the territory) but it worked out in my favor. Thank you!

      The teller I had didn't know what he was doing, It took 40 minutes to get out of there and come to find out he screwed everything up, and I have to go back through this excruciating experience again, I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

      We went there to open a savings account for our child, and were told that BoA didn't do that any more, and pushed us to their investment office with Merrill Lynch. There, they tried to get us to open an investment account for our 1 year old, where all we wanted to do was have a place to deposit their birthday money for when they got older.
