      Had a very pleasant experience, starting with the polite security guard at the door to Rosanna who took care of me. She was professional, courteous and truly cared. It was not only with me because I saw how nice she treated the couple ahead of me. I also refinanced with Bank of America after comparing with many financial institution and am pleased with the process and outcome.

      DO NOT BANK HERE the tellers have no knowledge of banking and they refused to cash my check without an account. Go Cash your check at Peoples or Webster because this location is horrible in customer service. Can’t wait until they go out of business
