      Trying to speak to somebody for two days and I keep getting sent to voicemail. For a bank you’d think they would be put together. Shouldn’t be an issue to get a callback.

      I had an appointment with the notary at this location. Brought my elderly mom (using a walker) to have a document signed and notarized. The lady refused to notarize because my Mom wasn’t a customer, but I am. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years! I told her this and she still refused. I’m supposed to be a preferred customer due to the amount of money we have in our accounts!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Couldn’t notarize a document for the mother of a customer!! She even had the nerve to tell me to go to Kroger down the street, “they may have a notary”!!! 🤬🤬🤬
