  Bank of America is awful. They've closed branches, or replaced them with mini ATM only centers, and reduced hours at remaining branches to such an extent that I can no longer do business with this lame excuse for a brick and mortar bank. I work six days a week and cannot drive 20 miles to find a branch with real people when I need to be face to face with a Real Banker. Terrible. They offer no service. One of the worst organizations I've ever done business with.

  Employees standing around doing nothing talking while customers are waiting outside in 90ﾟ weather Security guards stating an entrance way instead of customers mind you 90ﾟ waiting outside for in excess of 5 minutes while they sit around and do nothing inside twiddle thumbs one teller working very odd acceptable
