      This absolutely has to be one of the most poorly managed bank branches on the planet! Tellers do seem to maintain an upbeat attitude though and for what reason l have no idea. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time, its ALWAYS one teller for 10-20 people. Managers don't even feel the sense of urgency to chip in when things get thick for the one teller and it's truly unbelievable that they can actually look there customers in the face and just walk on by. Jokingly we asked the manager one day if we could get some cartoons or movies piped in like the rides at magic mountain and he didn't see the irony in it. Waiting in line for 20-30 minutes is pretty much the norm here. Other than the teller we watch the upper management and the rest of the staff go in and out of the locked doors and offices like ducks in a shooting gallery at a carnival, never accomplishing any worth while task just moving around? They never once get behind the counter like the grocery store and offer to help thin the crowd out by taking the next in line. Another time I told management that they could have a potential customer in line who might want to change banks but they weren't going to attract any business operating like this! As you can tell by the length of my review that l am currently stuck here.
