  I have the most amazing experience every time I come here! Highly recommend! These guys really have patience when it comes to taking care of their customers! Mr Roger Castellanos thank you for the amazing service and time you took to provide us with the necessary information .

  Only two employees helping the line, and like 6 employees just chatting in the desk area. The service is horrible and only reason I must come is because my employer use them... 12.01.2021 Teller could do straight deposit only if you have 5 or less items otherwise wait in line with the rest of the people 🙄 12.03.2021 Bank hours are still until 4pm which is Friday and people's live is going back to normal however BoA acts worse than when we actually where on lock down... also again only two tellers helping a line that was up to outside however had 4 employees just sitting on their desk playing candy crush... ridiculous the only reason I have to come cause the business which I work for uses them...

  These people told me they were closed. I came to deposit a check, but was also on the verge of collapsing. I just needed a few moments to cool off, but they refused me. I was drenched and clearly in distress. Fortunately, the blaze pizza across the street gave me water and shelter till an uber could arrive. These people are scumbags, and would have left me to die.
