      Downtown bank of America workers are very good with helping and communicating in waiting room. Very friendly with homeless people and people with pets outside and inside. So easily when going to bank from court and police station. Good clean, rare time to see dirty.

      I’ve been to this bank multiple times and every single time the experience has been slow with only have two tellers available and even then they work extremely slow. The worst part is you can’t even say that they are new they’ve been here for years and they just have no speed to cashing a check or even just doing a simple transaction. When asking a higher level employee he replied with the fact that they always have plenty of tellers on hand and that we just caught them when they’re on lunch but that must be the longest lunch if they all are having it an hour before closing. To make a long story short I’ve gone here for years but ima change because it’s been far too long the way they take their time they must be running windows 95
