      Always had a great experience here, no matter the reason I went to this branch. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.

      if i could give this branch a no star review, i would. i’m disgusted at the way they treat their customers. i waited for 10+ minutes just to get my id and card back in the drive thru line after depositing cash and when Gwen came back she had an extremely nasty attitude and walked away in the middle of me speaking. then the “manager” proceeds to come to the window with an even nastier attitude. i’m appalled at bank of america and REGRET banking with this company. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, DON’T BANK HERE.

      Customer service and tellers have been cut in a push to have customers use the ATM. If you have to go inside be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to make a deposit or withdraw money!
