I asked Twice about my new card to be mailed, old one was expiring. Two different people said it would arrive be the last day of the expiration month. I asked in October and mid November. Never arrived. Card expired. Mail address correct. I go to ANOTHER branch office, they show me how to get a new one on the app. Nice going... Now I have to wait a week without a card working while they sit on my money.
