I recently deposit cash in atm and the machine took my cash in side and gave me a Receipt telling me to contact the customer service . machine is out of service and I call them regarding this and they told me to wait for 10 days and they gave me a reply unable to pay so I lost 1700$ 😔😔😔😔 it’s so disappointing and unsatisfied with this Bank of America and customer service reply.

Worth Bank ever ! So bad costumes service! I’ll never go back . I am preferred costumer Of Bank of America , I asked to notoriety for my documents. They said no go to the UPS store .
