      I can't even get to the bank and get my money bc I actually have a job and they don't seem to operate within the parameters of productive society. Time to cash in some PTO just so I can actually hit the bank...and close my acct.

      I have been banking with BOA for 20 years. I’m finally done. The management is just all around incompetent and do not know how to treat their customers. Rude, arbitrary and lazy.
