The staff are very unpleasant. The accounts manager in particular is very unprofessional. I cash my check every week at different bank of America's depending on where I am that day. This is the first time I've ever been to this Bank of America, and this is the only Bank of America that won't cash my check unless I have an account when their policies strictly state that there's a $8 fee to cash the check when made out to my name. The accounts manager tried guilting me into opening an account. In the middle of account setup she mentioned a ton of fees that I asked about previously and she said there weren't any. don't go to this Bank of America BEWARE
