  Lousy agency. I made an appointment for 10:30 with a business agent for an issue on my business account. I showed up at the place in advance as it should be, there was no one at the counter to announce, after several minutes a person appeared, I announced on time. The agent with whom I made my appointment was not there. I have waited more than 30 minutes to be seen on my schedule and after the original time for my appointment, which was 30 minutes, I left without being received by anyone. Many more people were in the same situation as me. I don't like being taken and treated like that as a customer. It seems disrespectful to me since they have sent me multiple reminders for my appointment and I have complied on my part. The bank keeps letting me down with these things. Lousy agency.
