  We''ve banked here for many years. We recently received an email sayiing we needed to update info for our trust. We tried to do this through a phone conversation (which we were told we could do) but unfortunately they told us to make an appointment at a bank. Now we've done this and the rep at the bank stated "your trust was not structured correctly". We did this possibly 10+ years ago so the bank should have had all correct. Now both of us will have to come in to the bank again with our trust material and spend more time. Not something I really want to do. We do not utilize social media so we will not be contacting you through Twitter nor Facebook

  Regularly having to abandon the line to drive to another location, this branch seems infamous for having 1 or 2 clerks on staff that serve business and personal customers all from the same line. They don’t walk complex situations over to a desk, instead you’re forced to wait - and wait - and wait
