      Last week I met a customer service representative named Aurora and she was a breath of fresh air. She was able to listen to my problem and did wverything required to assist me in my timenof need without judgement. She was the most confidenrt anf intelligent person I have dealth with in my 26 years of banking with BOA. Meeting her and receiving the excellent customer service that day from her made me realize that BOA is onlybas good as its employees. And she was top notch. Thank you BOA..for hiring this competent, confident, and inctedibly profficient employee. She was exceptional.

      What a joy it was sitting in your lobby for 25 minutes before someone finally approached me and told me the one person that can help me with a wire transfer is booked for the next hour.
