      Walked in 4 wks ago without an appointment so my son could be a signer on our safety deposit box. We were told we needed an appointment for that. When we said to the teller that he was here from New York and departing the next day, they accommodated us and allowed us to go through the process for him to become a signer. It was much more involved than I thought it would be but they were very kind and accommodating. I don't have the person's name who helped us but it was a female and she was very nice.

      0 STARS TOTAL FAIL! ALWAYS. CLOSED 4pm & SAT WHAT!!! WHAT ONLY 2 50$ BILLS & MINIMAL 100$'s, GOT 2, 500$ IN 20's OMG.) GAVE ME 3rd DEGREE ON DEPOSITING $ & LARGE CHECKS. WHAT!!! LARGE WITHDRAWAS OF YOUR!!! $ FORGET IT, NEED NOTICE. SLOW! ALWAYS A SLOW LONG LINE, 1 WINDOW OPEN ON PAY DAYS & LUNCH TIME, REALLY!!! UNFRIENDLY. VERY SAD GENERIC RESPONSES DRIVE THRU WINDOW CLOSED NOW BECK & 5 ml. PLY.TWP. 100% BETTER! NO PROBLEM DEPOSIT/WITHDRAW EVER VERY FRIENDLY.

      This is by far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Every time I am there they have ~4 employees standing around and 1 teller with a line. This time I came in and there was no teller for the day and a woman was directing people to the ATM. Pay your tellers more or treat them better, I really don’t understand why this is an issue with this bank, it’s so frustrating. I do not recommend this branch or, frankly, this bank at all.
