Not too happy, opened (3) new business accounts. They want to hold a cashiers check for a week!! Wasted my time and misleading, not a good start.

Have had an account with B of A for almost 20 years. Tried to deposit a check and did not have account # . They could not find the account # so would not let me deposit the check. That is ridiculous in this day and age. Customer service is not good!.
