      At the atm they have a guard 24/7 inside the staff works hard to resolve your problems in I think that's great always helpful love it

      Bank of America as a company is now a horrible bank to have your problems solved along with any other conflict that is bank related. The Dispute claim services are a joke and I've been trying to get them to solve a duplicate payment from my auto insurance company which was an error. Now the dispute department has informed me that they weren't able to resolve or go through with the claim. A huge disappointment when needing my money back from a second charge that shouldn't be there when the first payment has went through. I will be switching banking companies as soon as my future deposits come through.

      Horrible bank. Always slow and under staffed. Unprofessional and make up their own rules. Came here to cash a check and the person who wrote the check to me misspelled "one thousand" by missing the o. They wouldn't cash the check eventhough the number $1,000 was clear. Another time I had a bigger check and person wrote my name in cursive, their writing made the o in my name look like a cursive "a" and they wouldn't cash check, eventhough I have 3 accounts with BOA. This is the worst bank I've ever been to. Took both checks to a different branch and no problems.
