      I just wanted to say big thank you to people who work in this branch for being understanding and flexible during covid times. We needed to do some simple adjustments to my account and my husband's. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman, I believe his name was Juan and he was very helpful, he arranged everything for us in no more than 15 min. I really appreciate your help, thank you

      The truth is the worst branch that unfortunately is the only one near me... every time I've come it's been a tragedy with only one or two tellers attending. The manager should be changed... a year after I published my opinion, I still think the same is missing a person who responds to customers At the windows there is only one cashier

      I left the place very upset , I have had my business account for many years and I came in asking for help for a check deposit , and the only thing I received from a woman that hurts that I did not check her name was pure negative things , annoyance and in truth that my problem does not matter to him in the least, they are not committed people. It is a pity , I will avoid going back to that branch , I am extremely annoyed .
