      Bank of America has the best online banking app, however, when you go in person to one of the branches they usually offer very poor customer service. This one in Hyannis is definitely the worst. Wait lines are usually long because there’s either only ONE teller available or sometimes there’s two but everything is so slow. Today, for example, an elderly lady was waiting in line for several minutes, to the point she mentioned to me that she wished there was a chair to wait because she was in pain from standing for so long. There was one a manager helping another customer, and another manager sitting in one of the rooms who kept staring at us who were in the line but did absolutely nothing to help. This is the reason I left BofA.
