      ONLY writing this review to give a huge thank you to Mo, who works here and who assisted me during a tough time. I had an issue with my account and Mo stuck by me during the whole process and helped me resolve it with no headache at all. He is an amazing employee that the BOA in Wyckoff has, and if the manager is reading this, should recognize just how valuable he is. Mo thank you again, it is greatly appreciated.

      Awful customer service experience. Constantly short-staffed, often times with a single teller. It took me 20 minutes to deposit a single check via the drive through. Customers were lined up in the lobby also. I’d never bank here personally but forced to use this bank because of clients.
