      They deserve the bad rating they have. It is the worst office of this bank in Homestead. I ask for an appointment to open an account, they give it to me for the next 2 weeks. Then I go to the appointment and because I coughed they pulled me out "kindly" and did not provide the service I needed. Really unfortunate. They don't have enough staff and they also don't want to work. I explained to the counselor that my daughter had the flu and that my COVID19 test is negative. They did not care !!!! The last straw
