      Excellent branch of Bank of America with drive through ATM, friendly staff, ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms and tons of services. They have great checking and savings accounts for both personal and businesses.

      We do bank at Bank of America - mostly because we began to do so back when there was actual customer service. Now it's more about what bank products they can 'sell' you, certainly not about good customer service. You can rarely get them to even answer a phone call.

      I just lowered their rating as the same important complaint from 6 months ago ... Very friendly staff but not enough people working. Bank of America makes MORE than enough profit that customers should not have to wait for long periods of time because there'are only one or two tellers. And, they close the drive-through as well, eliminating the only chance of banking safe from covid. Truly a despicable example of corporate greed. And business deposits with cash can't use the ATM or the mobile app, forcing the customer inside the bank to complete a deposit when the drive-thru is closed.
