      I WAS IN THE BANK ON JUNE 15TH. AND SAW MARISA STANCHFIELD, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT. REALLY WAS GLAD TO SEE HER. REALLY GREAT LADY. THANKS FOR HER HELP THAT DAY.

      Unbelievably understaffed. Only one teller in the building. Most employees cannot assist many transactions because they are not bankers.... they have to schedule that with another banker... be prepared for a wait and possibly a return trip. Transactions take more time than they should at a higher frustration and difficulty level. Bring multiple ID documents, even if they 100% know you and situation, you still need to give them more id info. Do yourself a favor, bank at a credit union.

      It's OK. If you want someone to answer a phone, go to another bank. Personally I find that very annoying. The people in the bank are nice and I've always enjoyed my interactions with everyone there.
