      Went there today for the 2nd time and had a great experience. Needed to get something notarized and they only charged me $2.00 The guy that waited on me was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this bank to others.

      A family member introduced me to this bank. I love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their patience is amazing. No matter what issues I was dealing with. Their high quality of professionalism carries over to anytime I've done business over the phone. When I walk into the bank, I feel welcome. The feeling you might get from a small business. This bank and, its employees are a breath of fresh air in the hurried times we live in.

      The employee was rude to me when I asked about a bus pass. They said they sell the $58 felx pass. I feel like they Discriminat against people with low income students and sernior because the because AAATA office discount bus passes for students people with disabilities and low income but the bank of Ann Arbor Ypsilanti only off the one at full price
