From the CEO, Mr. Elango to the chief manager, Mr. Raman Kumar, to Ms. Vijaya and Ms. Rima, they were very helpful and proactive.       I went to the bank in New York to get help with verification of my india account. They were a complete waste of time. First they asked that I make an appointment 15 days in advance. I live in LA. Then they asked if I would step outside the office and pay $25 online without even checking if I had the right paperwork. What a shame

      First remove international from your name if you are going to behave like you are working in India with zero customer service & rude answer.Person answer the phone said google this and call the branch in India.If they were so prompt in answering phone would have never called USA number. Bank peon in India have more knowledge than this guy.
