Since covid the daleville location has done nothing but get worse and worse with customer service. Or doing what you ask with depositing checks in the correct account,cashing checks or now we have added in not being able to deposit the correct amount thay is written on the checks and spelled out on the checks. And the drive thru seams slower and slower every time. Bank full of employees and we can't keep 2 drive thru moving? I really hope yall improve things ASAP. I'm already looking to move my accounts and money once this covid craps over. And thays honestly the only reason I still bank there is I can't go in and check out other banks. I also love the mortgage depart.ent. ran my credit over 3 months ago and never did anything. 🤦♂️
