She’s ever willing to help, guide and assist explain things to one’s understanding in simple terms. She’s truly amazing with great human relations skills.       The Hagerstown branch on Frederick Street is the BEST! Awesome, friendly, helpful and very professional service. I prefer “in person banking” and I highly recommend BCT on Frederick St. in Hagerstown.
