If not for Shelia and a few others this branch would fall apart... 2 stars is for the fact that whenever I call or try to speak to someone it always feels like I'm inconveniencing them...I tried to get help with my account and couldn't reach my personal banker...no return calls or emails...EVER. I've never been overdrawn before and something happened in the month of May I tried to explain it and they didn't want to here it only that I was overdrawn, so sorry....that didn't fix or answer my questions. When I first opened my account, great amazing service...when you actually need help or have questions it's like you're a problem to them. Called Purcellville Branch and Amanda took time and care of my questions we figured it out that cash app is no longer doing instant deposits and that's what was causing my account issues.
