      Overall this was a good company to work with and I can recommend them. There were some times when paperwork got delayed and some frustrations with having to switch loans around but at the end of the day it all got taken care of and everything closed when it should. Make sure you are proactive in making sure that the team has everything they need from you in advance of your closing .

      Incredibly professional and knowledgeable staff that are willing to do whatever it takes to get you approved for a loan. However, they aren't like those Quicken Loans places and won't just approve you without telling you how the loan will impact your life on a monthly payment basis. Had several loans through this bank now, and have never had a bad experience. Tammy and her staff are the best loan originators in the city: Cleveland, Chattanooga, wherever. They know all the changing lending laws, and if your unable to get approved for a loan, trust that they've tried every way and every loophole to get you there. No predatory loans out of this establishment! Love them.
