Wonderful, helpful people. Really feel like family. Sheila has been a wonderful friend and financial consultant. She helped my son set up a savings account and watched him grow since a week old. She's very thoughtful, as are the rest of the staff at this branch. If only all banks were as such.

After being a long time customer of Bank of Colorado, Loveland branch, I experienced 3 confusing situations that have resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. (1) They allowed a fraudulent $170 check (wrong name & account #) to be cashed and charged to my account. When I pointed it out to them, they tried to act like I had something to do with it. (2) They questioned me about who I had given a cashier’s check to. [not their business] (3) Notary services...Donna, a teller, notarized my paperwork and stamped it and all, then grabbed it out of my hands and said she couldn't do it. It was a copy of my will and refused to give my paperwork back to me. I demanded it back and she said she had to shred it. I raised my voice in protest and got my paperwork. This branch has some rude, entitled folks that don't care about customer service or accommodating people who bank there. No loyalty at all. Don't be fooled - Never bank with these clowns!
