  Good bank and friendly employees Our family and my wife's family bank their for yrs their is 4 Bank of Dickson in the City limits so when you asked about wheelchair elevator for the handicap the main bank of Dickson located at the intersection of 46 and Beasley Drive

  The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is for the sweet lady inside that helped me out. I have not had a single problem with any of the other locations of bank of Dickson when filling out deposit slips. My husband receives checks quite frequently and it has always been so appreciated when I go through the drive through and have help with filling out the slip. If it is a busy day I completely understand with trying to fill out slips for the tellers. However, they still have to be checked by the teller regardless if the customer fills it out. I was refused today by the teller because of check quantity. She has glasses and short brunette hair. I’ve NEVER been refused. She claimed she had customers to deal with and I should have wrote them in. I told her this is not the first time she has done this to me and she continued to refuse me. Not a single person was behind me and when I went in with my two children not a single person was inside. It was a lie and the rudest I’ve ever been treated. This is not the first occasion either but will certainly be my last. I will not return to this location and will be changing banks. If Bank of Dickson “requires” deposit slips to be filled out by the customer then they should relay that to all the other nice employees that have done it for my husband and I for the past five plus years.
