      I am hoping Kim in accounting is just having a bad day! She was not knowledgeable or helpful. I had general questions and she was short and rude like I was wasting her time! I would not recommend this bank! Kim, I hope ur day gets better!!!

      Being a small bank in a small town is no excuse for the non-existent customer service. This is the first bank I've ever encountered where even the tellers are not friendly.
