  For many years Bank of Eastman and it's employees have all ways helped my husband and I, since he has passed away they are still are at my beck and call. I use to bank at another bank in Dublin but because my husband and I were treated so well with respect, understanding anddevotion I switched over to Bank of Eastman, they real try to do the best they can to help me. They are there to help besides just for loans or opening an account. I can't say nothing bad about B.O.E. Thank you all at the Bank of Eastman.

  REALLY disappointed with this bank. Magnolia penalizes their new customers right from the get-go. New customer deposits are held for 9 days even if you're deposit check is on a local bank that funds can be verified by telephone, but this bank won't do that but rather sit on your funds in their general account accruing interest. If you call customer service, you'll speak with voice mail and your call / message won't be returned and you'll be forced to call again in a day or so only to be greeted with voice mail once again. (Happened three times in a week). It seems that if one employee is out sick than the whole bank branch (Milledgeville) comes to a stop business or customer service wise and the customer service rep that you do speak with one day is no longer employed the next. I dislike huge corporate banks and wanted to do business with a small local bank, but Magnolia is hamstrung by their own policies and employees. The Red flags were apparent when I had to wait for 30 minutes prior to opening a new checking account due to employees being out to lunch at 2:00 pm in the afternoon but the customer service rep Macy was pleasant, so I overlooked it at the time. One-week later Macy is no longer employed @ Magnolia dooming any hope of continuity that I could have had representative wise at this bank. I'll be cashing out of Magnolia and going elsewhere.

  This place will rob you stay away!! Took 140$ refuse to give it back I should have only had 1 over draft fee charged me 4 time. So took money during a pandemic for over draft couldn't even care less. That money was for bills for my kids food. You people should be ashamed! I will be blasting on FB and ever social media site available. Thank you for showing me just how much you care about your customer! 🤔
