      This morning a 60 something woman went into the Robert Dr Branch and took an uncharacteristically large withdrawal from her savings. The teller who processed the transaction was concerned and asked some friendly questions about the purpose of the withdrawal. Less than an hour after leaving the branch this grandmother received a follow-up call from the Washington St branch where she has done most of her banking. This is an example of the value of our small town bank. The transaction was a legitimate one and the client was under no pressure from any of the active scammers that work so diligently to separate us from our savings. However, the diligence of Peter, Jeanine, and Kim is much appreciated.
