  I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Lucas! I’ve tried for years buying a house and Lucas showed me it was possible. He answered all our questions in a way we could understand as never having knowledge in buying a house before. Thank you Lucas for your time and patients in making as things possible for my family. You come highly recommended and I would want to use anyone else!

  I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have to to share my review I was told everything’s great you don’t need no money at closing you’re gonna get this you’re going to get that your interest-rate’s going to be here then none of it happened and I was told we don’t need to pay for the appraisal until unless you back out at closing and they charge my credit card and now I can’t get my money back don’t do business with these people

  The initial conversation, the pre approval and process to underwriter was great. Phone conversation and text saying everything is good, nothing to worry about and no money needed to bring to the table since using VA loan. Within minutes of underwriting reviewing this perfect packet it was identified that the debt to income ratio did not support the request. So now by text, I now need $18k of reserves to move forward. The coward local mortgage rep wouldn’t even call me even after I left a voicemail. She continued to text. Not professional
