      Working with Bob Carr was incredible. I felt supported throughout my whole search for my dream home and felt I was the most important client in the world to them.       Maybe you think all mortgage companies are the same. Maybe you know that when the rubber hits the road, working with the best REALLY matters. I’m a realtor so I’ve worked with many partners and although I’ve had generally good experiences, I often refer BOE & specifically Robert Carr to my own clients. Yesterday I closed on my own home. Bob started working on my complicated credit history & transaction over a year ago and guided me every step of the way. (Without hesitation even when things seemed impossible!) I even called him before I bought a much needed second car last year. My particular transaction was wrought with difficulty in almost every way possible. Bob never gave up (even when I had the most negative thoughts swirling in my head). BOE and Bob Carr anticipated and overcame every obstacle. The underwriters, the management and the processors are truly the best I’ve seen personally and I could not recommend them more. Please don’t hesitate to call on BOE for any mortgage needs. Top notch white glove service! I am one happy homeowner today!

      Jonathan Dietz was a great help in guiding us through the financing of the purchase of our home in NYC. he was responsive, knowledgeable and helped with the finer adjustments of loan amounts as we closed in on a sale price and down payment availability.
