  I cannot recommend Bank of England enough. They made buying our first home the easiest process. Liz was absolutely incredible - she is compassionate, kind and so knowledgeable. Liz made sure we were supported and understood where we were in the process. Bank of England made sure we got the best rates and saved us so much money.

  Absolutely the BEST mortgage lender in the area award goes to Sarah Hilmes! Hands down went above and beyond my expectations. As my first house purchase, everyone was telling me to be weary of what my mortgage lender was asking for me to do and be careful of what I give up. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case, Sarah asked me what I was comfortable with, what terms I was looking to achieve and made it happen! Prior to sitting down and settling with Sarah I was speaking with other mortgage lenders. There wasn’t one who made me feel as comfortable in the process or responded as promptly as Sarah did. If you’re even considering refinancing or purchasing a home, do NOT pass up a call to Sarah.

  I am not a new home owner, in fact I have financed over 10 homes in the last 30 years. I have used Credit Unions, Mortgage Companies, Big Banks, Little Banks, and unfortunately the worst, "Blank" of America. No one comes close to the efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care that Bank of England and especially Sarah Hilmes gave my wife and I. From the initial inquiry to the closing, Sarah and her team made it very simple and quick not to mention a great rate and more inexpensive closing than the other companies I considered. Thanks Sarah and we will use you again as well as recommend you to others.
