  Thank you Gregg, for your time, effort, guidance and trust throughout this process. As first time home buyers my dad and I were learning along the way, hoping that we would have the opportunity to get a mortgage approval. We originally began the process with a different lending company and when things didn't go well. We thought everything was okay, I got the most unexpected phone call telling me we could not close, a week prior to closing. At that moment, I did not know what to think. As you know, we had made up our minds that we were ready to close and in advance my family packed mostly everything. However, Vita (our realtor) worked her magic and you came to the rescue. At first, I must admit it was very difficult to start the process once again, and we were not prepared to hear a second time that we would not be eligible for an approval. The first time that happened, we were broken as we felt we did not have the opportunity to get our dream home. But, deep down our conviction was that it was “our home” and we had to try everything to make it a reality. This process was beautiful, it was a teamwork effort, I had you and Vita and we had faith. I remember filling out the application back in November 2021. I began submitting documents, moving on to the next step, slowly fulfilling all the requirements. We passed the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years hopeful that we would be approved. Many sleepless nights and time felt like an eternity. January came, and it was the month that things looked brighter. My dad finally went back to work which made a big difference. And sooner than I thought, I was getting notifications that we were approved. I remember reading that and took a deep breath, relieved to hear good news at last. We were scheduled to close January 21, 2022. That is the day we finalized the process and were officially homeowners. I could not believe that we were finally granted this opportunity– us! Looking back, I say to my dad, everything we went through has come to an end and today surpasses all the sad days. My dad was in disbelief to see himself having the keys to his new home for the first time in his lifetime. For him it meant a new reality, finally after 24 years of being in this country renting all his life, that was about to change. It is so hard to find genuine people who are passionate about what they do. But, this was not the case. Gregg, Vita, and the homeowner were the most genuine, caring people we have worked with. We are grateful that we have met you, although not in person, but it was not necessary to feel the difference and notice you truly wanted to help us. It is for that reason that we are beyond grateful, for the opportunity, your valuable time, and your passion for helping others. You changed our lives. I do now know too much about lending, but Gregg has made this possible for my family even though we were told we could not get an approval. Gregg will make things happen, just believe he can do so and he will. Thank you Gregg, thank you Bank of England!

  Excellent service! Gregg is the best hands down. This was our first time buying experience and Gregg was there every step of the way. Any question I had no matter the time of the day, he was there to answer quickly and accurately. Even with what seemed to be super stressful moments, he made us feel confident and secure. I would recommend Gregg to anyone who is looking for a home!

  Gregg is the best lender hands down. My case was far from common and I called up a lot of agents when I was looking for quotes. Most of them did not even understand the situation. Many could not offer a product suitable for my needs. Gregg understood the case from get go and worked with me to come up with a custom package tailored exactly for me. Gregg goes above and beyond, he even helped me sort things out and get the sale going even in cases beyond his responsibilities as a lender. He was available 24/7 and took care of all my needs from day one and was on top of everything until after the deal was finalized and I got the keys to the property. Oh and did I mention that I was able to close an entire months earlier than anyone believed was possible? Can’t recommend him enough!
