      They're horrible people and aren't willing to help the people you are working with. Nothing was ever explained to me, and when asked I was replied with hostility, immaturity, and my questions were not answered. I went through the whole process and still have no idea how the process of buying a house works. I will never do business with BOE again and will never recommend them to anyone.
