      I’m so glad we chose Bank of England as our lender! Erin Otto was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable….but more than that, she made us feel comfortable right from the start. She and her team were very professional and made us feel like we were their only clients. We always felt like we were their top priority throughout the process. Erin made herself available to us anytime and was even accessible on weekends and evenings if necessary, which helped everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. We were ‘warned’ by a realtor against using a “non-local” lender. But that advise couldn’t have been more wrong, and I’m glad we didn’t listen. Our experience with BoE was, in a word, outstanding! The entire team dug in and worked hard to get us to the closing table and we can’t thank them enough!! It truly was a pleasure to work with them. I will recommend Erin and her team to everyone I know.

      We were moving from Delaware to Indiana and had no idea what we were doing. Erin helped us every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us understand different payment options, even if they weren't feasible for us at that time. Her responses were immediate and always helpful.
