      The second worse bank in Hawaii ( Hawaii only has Two). Poor customer service, electronic bank transfers require 7 days to complete (maybe they still use carrier pigeons rather than canoes). To call them is a complete waste of your time as the phone tree is poorly set up, and customer representatives are non existent. If I could give this Bank a “zero stars” it would be more accurate description of their worth. Run away from this bank .

      Been a very long time customer here and love the bank if you live on island. Local feel, the employees get to know you. All good. However if you are off island or need assistance not in person get used to listening to looping Hawaiian music and the option "to leave a message or continue to hold on for the next available specialist" because that recording is the only customer service you may get for up to an hour.
