      Darn.. so much has changed around this mall. Boh tho.. Customer svc? on point. Love it. I gave 4 stars, because the 5th 1, goes on my wall to remind me that I can actually go back. Goid vibes, great energy, very welcoming. Ty

      Marc has great service but this bank has serious limits on what you can do trying to pull 7k out to buy a car is a 2 day process with 5k a day limit management says meh to your situation, ohh and if you want to be spoken to like you are a child Ethan the only white guy at the location he can definitely make you feel Belittled with his condescending attitude and tone. would definitely recommend waiting in line for his unique customer support that he brings the branch.

      The folks at the Waianae location have always been pleasent, been using bankoh since the 80s, never had an issue and really like the atms that let you make deposits or withdrawals...Aloha!
