      I had my bank card stolen 60 days ago and I still couldn’t get a new one!! After 20 days of waiting to get my new card through the mailbox and having calling them many times the customer service told me that the wait was due to the pandemic. Which pandemic? That was may 2022. So I went to my branch and they made a special order and my card could be sent to the branch, which i can only go there on the weekends when im not working. During this time i changed my phone number and asked to get It changed through email to Robin Stillman, because the bank doens

      I had a phone appointment set for 10am today at this branch in Haleiwa, and they never called me back. I finally got a hold of customer service 40 minutes later, and the worker said when she called the bankers at the branch they did not pick up.
