      Worst customer service out of all the banks in Hawaii downtown Lihue They don’t even count your money back to you when they give it to you. I changed banks because the customer service is horrible, even the lady that signed me up was indifferent I should have just walked out. Anyways never again !!!!

      Been trying to get my account number for days now. When you call you go on hol . You get asked if you want a call back. Dont hold your breath or you will die waiting. What a horrible way to conduct busines . The only game in town so they dont have to care. Bad business bad bank.
