      DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! The service personnel sucks, the wait time on the phone sucks, the online app sucks, the branch phone contacts don't answer, card services suck..... Everything is bad about this place. You definitely get what you pay for.

      I’ve been on hold almost FIVE hrs today No Not for 1 Dept But I literally called back 10 times and tried every extension trying to reach the fraud department After 30 to 40 minutes I hang up and try a different extension to no avail Here’s the shocker tho.,, There is NO fraud department to expedite anyone’s stolen or lost debit/ credit cards (should you need them) IF YOU actually get to speak to someone me I went through the loan department to leave a voicemail and you won’t believe it !! I got a call back!! Machine says over and over “we are experiencing very high call volume today” over and over . Fast forward five hours later a kid calls me back who cannot assist me after 45 min of explaining all of the facts and I ask for his supervisor to call me She may have been worse than the young man in training. She Kate- tells me the same thing except she said Hmmm no we weren’t actually busy today or experiencing long wait times I’m thinking and this is customer care 😳😳😳😳 I need to go before I say something ugly I would not bank ever again with Bank Of Hawaii 3 1/2 years of sheer turmoil this takes the cake tho Good luck people
