      The incompetence of the employees at Bank of Kirksville is truly impressive! In the process of simply changing my last name and adding my husband to my account, I was called into the bank twice after my initial visit because the woman helping me forgot several aspects of the process. Then we were mailed yet another form that needed to be signed for the name change to occur that was also forgotten weeks after the visit. I STILL haven't received a new debit card with my legal name on it after 3 months. Each person I've spoken with there has been sweet, but not at all knowledgeable. I understand that a name change isn't something they do every day, but it can't be that uncommon... 2 stars because they did accomplish something, finally! But they still haven't finished the name change process.
