      If you are thinking about using for building a home I would not recommend. We moved in 12/26/2019 and we still aren’t closed. The process has been super stressful and the communication is like pulling teeth. The appraisal was $100k under value and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it fixed. Finally able to get it adjusted but still very low compared to what other homes are being sold for in 2020. Covid has had some part in the delay I am. We are going on month eleven and none of the monthly payments we have paid has gone to our balance at all. I am very disappointed to say the least and I expected a lot more from this bank.
